Shullsburg Cheesefest

Shullsburg welcomes fall by celebrating the cheese heritage of the city with experiences the whole family can enjoy—for free! Held on the town’s historic Water St. the street is closed to motorized traffic for the Cheesefest so you can enjoy the festival, the town, and its history in full glory on Saturday, Oct. 2. From the fireman’s breakfast to food and craft vendors, live music, cheese curds, beer and wine tasting, and cheese, cheese, cheese. Enjoy train rides, a shooting gallery, children’s activities, cheese eating contest, and a raffle giving away Packer tickets and lots of cash and prizes.  Music on the main stage will feature The Shullsburg Music Department, Tom Black, The Fever River String Band, and this year’s headliner: The New Odyssey Guy.  Don’t forget to visit our local shops, restaurants and bars.
